1. Newsletter
The Task Force as an open network publishes every three month a Newsletter about current activities of the task force, the member associations and universities. In March the second issue was published with good response. With this publications the number of persons for the mailing list and who asked for contacts to members of the Task Force grew continuously. The current issue is accessible by internet, elderly issues could be requested by the chair of the Task Force.

There is accessible general information about the Task Force on Under-represented Groups in Surveying, the Report of the results of the questionnaire sent out to FIG member associations and universities, the Interim Report of the activities during the FIG congress in Brighton and the current issue of the Newsletter. The link from the FIG homepage is also realised.
4. FIG Bulletin
General information is distributed through the FIG bulletin or sent out with the FIG Bulletin.
5. Working Week
During the FIG Working Week in Sun City the chairs of Commission 1 and 2 and the Task Force on Under-represented Groups in Surveying organises a workshop with 3 presentations:

Gender Aspects in Programmes of the European Union by Gabriele Dasse
Organisational Grieving by John Parker.
The session will be TS 11: Under-represented Groups in Surveying.
